We almost never cancel a class. If we cancel a class for any reason, we will notify each student by e-mail or phone of the cancellation and rescheduling arrangements. If a class is not rescheduled, we will refund all student registration fees within 14 days.
If you cancel prior to the day of course delivery, a full refund will be issued. If you do not attend the class, no refund or credit will be given and the course fee is non-transferable to other course offerings.

Students must be present for the entire number of course hours to receive credit. Late arrival or leaving early is not acceptable.

How Information is Protected
BeyondtheBoundary.org maintains an SSL Certificate, which establishes a secure, encrypted connection between your browser and our server, protecting sensitive data, including your contact and credit card information.
Our website also features a Student Center, which gives you access to your own records and certificates. To create a student account, you will be asked to provide an email address and create a password. Beyond the Boundary does not have access to your password. If you forget your password, you will receive an email prompting you to create a new one.
When you sign into the Student Center and access the site, a lock will appear next to the website URL. This indicates you are using a secure server.
Information collected to maintain student records:
Required Data Fields: Mailing Address, Phone Number, Email Address, Referral
Optional Data Fields: Alternate Phone Number, Company Name, Professional License Number
Beyond the Boundary utilizes a third-party system for authorizing and processing credit card information collected on our site. At no point do we have access to your credit card number, aside from the the last 4 digits shown on the payment receipt.
Information collected for processing payments: Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code, Name on Credit Card, Billing Address
If payment information is taken over the phone, it is entered directly into our merchant company's virtual terminal. It is not written down or stored for any reason.
